L'inscription et la mise en relation sont gratuites pour le client. Vous payez l'intervention au montant du devis accepté ; une commission de service est prélevée sur la transaction, son taux figure dans le compte du technicien. Signing up and matching are free for clients. You pay the amount of the quote you accepted; a service commission is taken on the transaction, and its rate is stated in the technician's account.التسجيل والربط مجانيان للعميل. تدفع ثمن التدخّل بمبلغ عرض السعر الذي قبلته، وتُقتطع عمولة خدمة من المعاملة تظهر نسبتها في حساب الفنّي.
Comment les techniciens sont-ils vérifiés ? How are technicians verified?كيف يتم التحقق من الفنّيين؟
Avant activation, chaque technicien fournit un SIRET valide, une attestation d'assurance professionnelle et au moins une certification frigoriste à jour. Les documents sont contrôlés par l'équipe, et un compte dont la certification expire est suspendu. Before activation, every technician provides a valid company registration, proof of professional liability insurance and at least one current refrigeration certification. Documents are reviewed by the team, and an account whose certification expires is suspended.قبل التفعيل، يقدّم كل فنّي رقم SIRET صالحًا وشهادة تأمين مهني وشهادة تبريد سارية واحدة على الأقل. يراجع الفريق الوثائق، ويُوقَف كل حساب تنتهي صلاحية شهادته.
